The Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS) is the sole public school district serving Chatham County, Georgia, including Savannah, Pooler, Port Wentworth, Garden City, and Tybee Island. SCCPSS serves roughly 36,000 students across 55 schools — 23 elementary schools, eight middle schools, eight K-8 schools, and 11 high schools — making it the largest school system in the region.
