Bryan County stretches from the riverfront neighborhoods of Richmond Hill, just south of Savannah, to the rural farmland surrounding Pembroke. The county has become one of Georgia’s biggest economic growth stories thanks to the Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America in Ellabell — a $7.6 billion electric vehicle and battery campus that opened in 2025 and is expected to bring thousands of jobs and suppliers to the area. Combined with its proximity to Fort Stewart, Hunter Army Airfield, and Savannah, Bryan County offers some of the region’s newest housing stock and strongest long-term growth potential.
Richmond Hill
Bryan County’s largest city, a popular riverfront suburb between Savannah and the Hyundai Metaplant.
Pembroke
County seat, a small historic city near the Metaplant and Fort Stewart.
