This Privacy Policy explains how The David Saba Team at Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners (“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit or use searchsavannahhomes.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us, including through our property search tools, contact and inquiry forms, home valuation tools, and saved-search sign-ups.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you fill out a contact form, request a home valuation, register for a saved search or hotsheet, schedule a showing, or otherwise contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property preferences (price range, location, bedrooms, etc.), and any message or details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we (and our service providers) automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, search criteria entered into our IDX property search, and the dates/times of your visits. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see Section 4 below.
Information from third parties. If you sign in to our property search using a third-party account (such as Google or Facebook), we may receive basic profile information from that provider. We may also receive property and market data from the Savannah Multi-List Corporation (SMLC) and other regional MLS organizations through our IDX provider.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the real estate services you request (property searches, showings, valuations, buyer/seller representation)
- Send you property listings, saved-search alerts, market updates, and other information you’ve requested
- Contact you by phone, email, or text message about real estate services, consistent with the consent you provide (see Section 5)
- Improve, secure, and maintain the Site and our services
- Comply with legal obligations, MLS rules, and industry regulations
Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your phone number, email address, or other personal information to third parties.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information only as necessary to operate our business and provide you with service:
- Our brokerage, Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners, and affiliated agents who may assist with your inquiry
- Showcase IDX, Inc., our IDX property search and lead-management provider, which powers the property search, saved searches, hotsheets, and home valuation tools on this Site. Showcase IDX’s own privacy policy is available at showcaseidx.com/privacy-policy.
- Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, which we use to organize and respond to inquiries and to send calls, emails, and text messages consistent with your consent.
- The Savannah Multi-List Corporation (SMLC) and other regional MLS organizations, as required for the display and use of property listing data.
- Service providers who host, secure, or support the Site (including our web hosting provider) and who are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety purposes, such as complying with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or protecting the rights, property, or safety of our company, our clients, or others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate property search functionality, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site.

Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may limit some functionality of the property search tools on this Site. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because there is no accepted industry standard for how to do so.
5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may contact you by text message using Follow Up Boss. By opting in, you agree to the following terms:
- We use SMS to respond to inquiries, share property information, confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify you of schedule updates or important changes related to real estate services.
- You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number messaging you. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive messages again, simply sign up again as you did the first time.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from us. Message frequency may vary. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of using our contact forms or purchasing any service.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Opting out of communications. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or contact us directly to be removed from our calling list.
Do Not Call. We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and will not call phone numbers registered on it for marketing purposes without proper consent.
California residents. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to request access to, deletion of, or a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA). To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10.
European visitors. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), information you submit through this Site may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States, including by our IDX provider, Showcase IDX. Showcase IDX has published data privacy safeguards; see their privacy policy at showcaseidx.com/privacy-policy for details. If you are an EEA resident, you generally have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and you may contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information; however, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
This Site includes property search results, maps, and tools provided by Showcase IDX, and may link to third-party websites (such as our brokerage’s site, social media pages, or MLS resources). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with, including Showcase IDX’s Privacy Policy and Follow Up Boss’s Privacy Notice.
9. Children’s Privacy
This Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
